Amsterdam stereotype.

It was our last day in Luang Prabang today and so we decided to go do something cultural. We looked into going to the grand palace, we upon getting to our location, decided it actually looked pretty poop and we didn’t want to pay 3 pounds to get in. Instead, we just wandered around the outside before sitting in the rain for a bit and waiting for it to turn 3pm so we could get a tuk tuk to go to the Vietnamese embassy to pick up our completed (and expensive) visas.
Luang Prabang is a cute little town but quite frankly, there isn't much to do here. Like the rest of Laos, it's pretty quiet. I mean, the nights can be rowdy if you're lucky, but it wasn't what I thought it would be like after having heard so many positive things about it.
After, Olivia slept for a while, we grabbed some lunch, came back and Olivia slept… again. When Brad, Johan and Caitlin returned from the waterfalls for a second time, I just sat with them. The guys smoked their weed in their bathroom bought from a tuk tuk driver once he found out Johan was from Amsterdam haha.
We then all went out for dinner together with Gwendolyn too. The guys were so high it was hilarious. Annoyingly the food took forever but afterwards we went to a bar before heading back to our rooms and spent the rest of the evening all chilling out together in the bathroom.
